Politicians need to guarantee EV transition, German economy minister says

Carmaker Volkswagen (VOWG_p.DE) has its own internal problems, German Economy Minister Robert Habeck said at a press conference on Wednesday, adding that politicians needed to guarantee the transition to electric vehicles.

Putting the transition in doubt creates uncertainty for vehicle makers, he said.
