Airbus (AIR.PA) said on Friday that Turkey's national carrier Turkish Airlines (THYAO.IS) is set to order an additional 220 of its aircraft.
The order will comprise 150 A321 planes and 70 A350 widebody aircraft, Airbus added in a statement. It did not disclose financial details of the deal.
The agreement "reinforces our long-lasting partnership with Turkish Airlines and Turkey's aviation sector," said Airbus' chief commercial officer in a statement.
Britain said on Friday that Rolls-Royce (RR.L) will be the engine supplier for the 70 A350 planes.
