Britain's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has delivered its report on a proposed UAE-led takeover of the Daily Telegraph newspaper to the government's media secretary Lucy Frazer, the watchdog said on Monday.
Any decision on whether the contentious buyout goes against the public interest will be taken by Frazer, the CMA added.
The reports will not made public at this stage, and are expected to be published when Frazer announces her decision. No date is set for the decision.
