Indian appliances maker Atomberg Technologies has filed for an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue ​of shares worth up to 4.5 billion rupees ($47.02 ‌million) and an offer for sale of up to 76.5 million shares from existing investors, its draft papers showed on Friday.

The ​company did not specify the IPO size.

($1 = 95.7000 Indian ​rupees)
