President Volodymyr Zelenskiy told Reuters in an exclusive interview in Kyiv on Monday that Ukraine's Western allies were taking too long to make decisions on military support for his country.

ON THE BATTLEFIELD
"Currently the situation at the front is one of the most difficult because a new... Russian offensive has begun in the direction of Kharkiv. A very powerful wave (of fighting) is going on in Donbas."
