Munich ​Re (MUVGn.DE) will ‌acquire the U.S.-based ​cyber ​insurance provider At-Bay ⁠at ​an enterprise ​value of $575 million, with ​the ​deal expected to ‌close ⁠in the first quarter ​of ​next ⁠year, the ​German ​insurance ⁠group said ⁠Wednesday.
