Celon Pharma's (CLNP.WA) experimental semaglutide product Reduzek, a generic alternative to Novo Nordisk's (NOVOb.CO) Wegovy and Ozempic, matched the blockbuster weight-loss drugs in an early-stage bioequivalence study, the Polish drugmaker said on Thursday.
The company's shares surged 14.7% following the publication of selected data from the study, and were on track for their best trading day since July 2024 if the gains hold.
