Rippling, Runlayer end US intellectual property dispute

HR technology firm Rippling and AI startup Runlayer have dropped their dueling lawsuits, spokespeople for ​the companies confirmed on Thursday.

The cases are Runlayer ​v. Rippling, U.S. District Court for the ​Southern ⁠District of New York, No. 1:26-cv-06410, and Rippling v. Runlayer, U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, ⁠No. ​1:26-cv-01007.
