HR technology firm Rippling and AI startup Runlayer have dropped their dueling lawsuits, spokespeople for the companies confirmed on Thursday.
The cases are Runlayer v. Rippling, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, No. 1:26-cv-06410, and Rippling v. Runlayer, U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, No. 1:26-cv-01007.
