Henkel AG & Co. KGaA (HNKG.DE), the maker of construction adhesive ​Loctite, was blocked from acquiring ‌competitor brand Liquid Nails when a U.S. court agreed with the ​U.S. Federal Trade Commission ​challenge to the deal on Friday.
